Are all sellers and items based in Australia? All Sellers on LockerX (Locker Exchange) are based in Australia. All items are sold in AUD and will be sent from within Australia

Who is selling the listed items? Sellers on LockerX are made up of individual sports fans & athletes from all over Australia.

Can I pick up my order? LockerX does not currently offer or facilitate the pick up of orders and items, primarily due to safety and logistical concerns. We are currently exploring solutions to enable and facilitate customer pick-up with our Marketplace secure payment platform.

I have a question about an item, how do I get in contact with the seller? You can contact the seller by scrolling down to the 'Message Seller' form towards the bottom of the sellers product page (The product you are looking at buying). The seller will be in contact with you soon after submitting your query. Keep an eye on you email inbox and spam folder for a reply.

How long does it take to receive my order? How long it takes to receive your order is dependant on the seller. As all sellers are within Australia, you should expect to receive your order within 2 - 10 business days unless otherwise specified by the seller. What happens if I have an issue with my order? If you have an issue with your order, it is best to reach out to the seller for discussion. If you can not come to a resolve, please reach out to LockerX via our contact portal: Here

I would like to refund or exchange my item/ What is the refund & exchange policy? Refund and exchange policies are indivdually set by each seller. Before purchasing your item/s, you can review the seller's policy on the product page or on the sellers profile. In cases of fraudulent orders or faulty items, please reach to LockerX using the contact portal: Here

My order is taking too long to send. If you feel that your order is taking too long to send, confirm that no order updates have gone to your spam email inbox. Next, reach out to the seller to follow up your order. If you do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, please reachout to LockerX using the contact form below and we will resolve your query.

What is the cost to list items on the marketplace? There are no upfront costs involved in listing your items on LockerX (Locker Exchange). A commission of 7.5% will be deducted from the sale value of the order to account for costs such as advertising, transaction and site platform fees. Listing on our marketplace comes with advertising across the web and secure payment options such as Credit Card, Paypal and 'Buy Now, Pay Later' services.
