Logging in and Accessing your Seller Account

Login to your seller account by selecting the 'Seller Login' menu options on our website (located at the top and bottom of the home page).

The Seller Dashboard is where you:

  • See your sales
  • Manage orders
  • Add/Upload & manage products
  • Manage your payouts
  • Manage your seller profile

The dashboard can be accessed from your phone browser or on a computer.

To upload a product to your store, login to your seller dashboard then use the menu at the top of the screen (Select 'hamburger'/menu icon at top of the screen to open menu on mobile), 'MANAGE PRODUCTS' > 'YOUR PRODUCTS & INVENTORY'. From this screen, you can 'Add Products' or manage your uploaded products by clicking the elipses (...) on each product.

When uploading your product, be sure to include the size (if applicable) in the 'Product Title' and 'Description' fields .

Buyers are not charged shipping by LockerX, so account for shipping expenses in your item listing price. More information on this is available below.

LockerX does not currently calculate shipping costs, but we are working on a solution.

Please ensure you that you encorporate estimated shipping costs into the item listing price. You can get an idea of how much it may cost to send your item, using the Australia Post website

Orders | Fulfilment

You view, manage and fulfill your orders within the 'Seller Dashboard'.

You will receive an email each time an order is placed.

Ensure that you review your spam inbox and redirect contact from lockerx@outlook.com to your main inbox if ith does not do so automatically. Check your seller dashboard regularly.

To see your orders, log in to your seller dashboard and use the menu at the top to select ORDERS > VIEW/MANAGE ORDERS.

Once on the orders page (See below), select the elipses (...) to view/manage a particular order. On the following screen, you can 'accept' or 'reject' an order.

Accepting an Order

Accepting an order will notify the customer that you have their items available and you will be preparing their order to send to them shortly. You should accept the order as soon as you can, if you have the items available in stock. Accepting an order does not fulfill it. You will still need to provide a tracking number and fulfill once the order is sent.

Rejecting an Order

Rejecting an order will notify the customer that you are unable to fulfill their order. They will receive a refund for their order. Please provide a reason for rejecting the order. This reason will be sent in the customers notification email.

Fulfilling an Order

Once you have sent your order to the customer, navigate to your 'View/Manage Orders' screen and select 'FULFILL NOW' to upload tracking and close the order. You will receive your payout for the order shortly after the customer has received the order. See the 'Payouts, Profit & Commission' section of this page for more details.

Your 'Return & Refund' policy is controlled by you. It's important that you set up clear expectations for your customers and cover the following in your 'store policy':

  • Returns and Refunds for change of mind. (Your discretion whether you accept or not)
  • Refund & Returns for faulty products or item not as described (Mandatory)
  • Who covers the shipping cost of a return (Your discretion, however, you must cover the cost to return a faulty item)

You set these policies in your seller account. Navigate to the menu at the top of the screen within the seller dashboard, MY PROFILE > MY ACCOUNT and scroll down to 'Seller Policy'. Input your return policy in that section and select 'SAVE CHANGES'. This policy will be displayed on your products and profile.

If a customer reaches out to you directly to request a refund, please contact our support chat in the bottom left or submit a query on the LockerX 'Contact' page and we will guide you through the process.

Payouts & Profit

Payouts become will be processed to your selected payment method 8 days after the customers order has been fulfilled. This enables buyer protection, and ensures that the buyer receives their item as described.

As you process more orders and become a trusted seller, your wait time to receive your payout will reduce.

To receive payouts for your order, provide your payment details by navigating to 'MY PROFILE' > 'PAYMENT DETAILS', and selecting your preferred payment method to receive your funds. To receive your payout via bank transfer, you can select either 'Internet Banking' or 'Bank Wire Transfer'. Sort Code/IFSC Code refers to your 'BSB' number. Please ensure you provide your account name, BSB & Account Number in this menu.

Fees/Commissions

LockerX does not charge you to set up your account or list products on the marketplace. Sellers will be charged an $1.50 + 8.5% transaction fee on sales. This covers expenses such as Credit Card & Paypal fees as well as admin, advertising & site costs. You only pay fees on the sales that you make.

The marketplace fee will be automatically deducted from your payout. You can view the breakdown of fees for each order in the 'Seller Dashboard'.

Handling Customer Communication & Queries

Customers can reach out to you by submitting a query on your product page. This query will be forwarded to your listed email address, from lockerx@outlook.com. Respond directly to the customer. It is important that transactions remain on the marketplace platform in order to maintain buyer & seller transaction and identity protection.
